Penny Kowal, Ph.D. is a certified life coach and organizational coach. She finds coaching to
be rewarding both personally and professionally, and enjoys helping busy people realize and
follow the kind of life they want to lead.

She is a professionally-certified life, organizational coach and licensed seminar leader
through the internationally-known Academy for Coaching Excellence – a rigorous international training academy with headquarters in Sacramento, California and accredited by the International Coach Federation. Penny is also a leadership coach and Trusted Advisor with Vistage International the world’s leading executive coaching organization.

Coaching, mentoring and leadership has played a large role in Penny's distinguished 30-
year career. She was a clinical professor at the College of Educational Administration at the
University of Nebraska-Omaha as well as an Associate Superintendent of Millard Public
Schools where she was named “Outstanding Administrator” in 2002.
